A complete enterprise eCitation module — from the patrol car to records to court. Officers write citations in the MDT workspace or the native mobile app, supervisors review before submission, records reconciles shift uploads, and finalized citations flow to Court Exchange — all on one workflow with DL/VIN import, ZPL printing, and CJIS audit.
Court Exchange Platform
Vendor-neutral citation and prosecution-packet delivery. Court Exchange packages what BlueCore already produced, sends it over a BlueBridge Court Channel, and lands it in BlueCourt Portal — the SaaS inbox for municipal/JP tickets and county/district prosecutions.
Use of Force Review & Accountability
A complete, configurable use-of-force review and accountability module built into the Command Center. Officers document force against constitutional standards and their department's own policy, reports move through a configurable multi-level approval chain, and advisory AI helps confirm the documentation is complete — never whether the force was lawful.
