Most public-safety software is built by vendors who have never worked a midnight shift, stood in front of a judge with a bad report, or reconciled a property room at end of quarter. BlueCore is different. The platform was designed by a police officer who understands what officers, supervisors, records staff, and command need — because he has done those jobs. That perspective shapes everything from eCitation field workflows to supervisor review chains to the way the MDT is laid out in the patrol car.
